Your role as a Live-In Carer will involve being a steadfast companion and caregiver, offering vital assistance that enables our clients to thrive in their familiar surroundings. With a focus on personalised care, your duties will encompass a variety of responsibilities, which will be tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You'll engage in activities that range from preparing meals and ensuring proper medication intake to running errands and offering homemaking services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Follow Established Care Plan: Your adherence to our established care plans ensures that our clients receive consistent and thoughtful care that addresses their individual requirements.

• Continuous Presence: Maintain a reassuring presence for the client throughout your shift, providing companionship and being there to assist whenever needed.

• Errand Running Run errands to help meet the client's day-to-day needs, fostering their comfort and convenience.

• Homemaking Services: Contribute to a comfortable and clean living environment by engaging in light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, and preparation.

• Assist with Daily Living: Offer support with activities of daily living, including supervising, feeding, and dressing, ensuring the client's well-being and dignity are upheld.
